Tennessee vehicle pickup · Quote requests accepted online 24/7 · Proof of ownership required
How it works

From vehicle details to a documented handoff.

The process is designed to confirm ownership, set expectations and avoid last-minute surprises before pickup.

1

Request a review

Provide the vehicle year, make, model, condition, ownership-document status and pickup ZIP. Sensitive identity documents are not requested through the public form.

2

Answer follow-up questions

We may confirm mileage, running status, damage, missing parts, keys, wheel condition, lien information and access.

3

Review the proposed terms

The quote, assumptions, pickup scope, expected paperwork, payment method and any possible deductions should be explained before you decide.

4

Verify lawful ownership

The seller must be the owner or have legal authority to sell. A valid title, lien release, power of attorney or other documentation may be required.

5

Schedule and complete pickup

After acceptance, the appointment and provider are confirmed. Verify payment, read the documents, remove personal property and keep copies.

Before the appointment

A five-minute seller checklist.

Being prepared helps the handoff match the quote and reduces scheduling delays.

Ownership documents

Have the title or approved alternative, lien release if applicable, and ID available.

Vehicle access

Locate keys, unlock gates, disclose flat or locked wheels, and provide safe access.

Final inspection notes

Disclose changes, remove personal items and plates as required, and record the odometer.

What “no obligation” means

You can decline before the transaction is completed.

Submitting a form, answering questions or receiving a preliminary quote does not require you to sell.

Seller safety reminder

Do not release possession, keys, a signed title or other ownership documents until you have received the agreed payment and understand the paperwork.

No hidden step
Quote → verification → acceptance → pickup → documented transfer.

That order protects both sides.
