2. Business identity and service
This website is operated by Chris Baker under the name Junk Cars TN. The site enables review of Tennessee vehicles and, when terms are accepted, arrangement of purchase and pickup. A disclosed third-party provider or buyer may participate.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 and legally able to transact. You must be the owner or have lawful authority. Stolen, abandoned, fraudulently obtained or unlawfully possessed vehicles are prohibited.
4. Accurate information
You agree to provide complete and accurate vehicle, title, lien, condition, location and access details. Proposed terms may change or be canceled if information is inaccurate.
5. Quotes and offers
An online submission is a request for evaluation, not an instant or guaranteed purchase offer. Preliminary quotes may expire, change or be withdrawn after verification. You are free to decline.
6. Final terms
A transaction is binding only when the seller and identified purchasing party agree to final terms and execute required documents. Amount, payment method, buyer, pickup scope and any deduction or charge should be confirmed first.
7. Pickup
Pickup windows are estimates until confirmed. Weather, traffic, equipment, safety, access, distance and availability can cause changes. Same-day pickup is not guaranteed.
8. Payment and transfer
The payment method is communicated before pickup. Do not release the vehicle, keys or signed documents until receiving agreed payment and understanding the transfer documents.
9. Fees and deductions
Standard pickup may be included when stated in accepted terms. Any charge or deduction must be disclosed before final acceptance.
10. Cancellation
You may decline a preliminary quote. We may cancel for safety, fraud, inaccurate information, ownership issues, legal restrictions or unavailable service.
11. Prohibited use
You may not submit another person’s information without authority, interfere with the site, upload malicious code, scrape content for deceptive use or facilitate unlawful conduct.
12. Intellectual property
Site design, text, original graphics, logo and code are owned by or licensed to Junk Cars TN. Manufacturer names belong to their owners and no affiliation is implied.
13. Third parties
Third-party links are provided for convenience. Separate provider or buyer terms may apply to their role.
14. Disclaimer
The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” Nothing on it is legal, tax or financial advice.
15. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Junk Cars TN and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages from website use. This does not alter signed transaction obligations.
